the-insomaniac: Neon Genesis Evangelion One of my favourite animes besides Full Metal Alchemist. It came out in 1995 so I have rewatched it a few times. It had so many complex ideas which were all so surreal. The characters are really fascinating because they all have such deep personal issues. And actually the writer had clinical depression when he began the show so it has quite a dark theme to it. The third movie of Rebuild of Evangelion is coming out in October and the final one in 2013. It looks like I will be rewatching the whole series every year! I found the first 10 episodes here. #90s kids FTW!
